Upon the receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation, and a Cameo & Beyond team member will reach out within 1-3 business days with order update or a tracking number. Lead-times vary by item type. If the piece is in stock, we can ship immediately, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a up to 4 weeks before shipping.
Bespoke pieces require 6-8 weeks before shipping once the artwork has been approved. Please enquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer's delivery requests if it's in our ability.

Domestic shipping
Orders within Italy are shipped free of charge via DHL Express. Delivery is typically made the next business day after dispatch. However, in some locations, delivery may take a little longer.
All packages are insured, and a signature is required upon receipt.
International shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL Express for a small contribution calculated at checkout. Delivery is typically made after dispatch within 1-3 business days in the EU and most European Countries, 3-4 business days in the USA and Canada, and 4-9 business days in the Rest of the World. To ensure an exceptional experience, we take care of the majority of the shipping costs.
Customers from the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. Please note that customers in Europe in non-EU countries (e.g., the UK and Switzerland) may be responsible for duties and import charges. Customers in all other countries will be responsible for any applicable duties and import charges.
