Cancellation and return policy

You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with the order and the return policy will apply. 

We understand that sometimes you just need to see things in person to be sure if it is right. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see our returns policy below for more information.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date your order is received. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

Earrings, bespoke or custom-made pieces, engraved and resized items cannot be returned or refunded. However, we are happy to discuss any potential adjustments or alterations (at additional cost to the customer). 

All sale and promotional items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

Exceptions 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at customer care to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Returns process

To return an item, please email customer service at customer care to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and use the DHL express label provided so that the shipment is ensured. 

Please note, for international returns, including EU, you will be responsible for all shipping charges including customs and taxes. For orders within Italy we offer free returns. 

Refunds

After processing your return your account will be credited, less any shipping charges, duties and taxes charges. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take some time to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All refunds will only be issued in the same form as original payment.
